Garry Smith started working in the Automotive Industry in 1994 and joined the New Country Lexus sales team in 1996. Garry earned Senior Certification status, and in 2001 achieved the highest honor of Lexus Master Certified. Garry has maintained his Master Certified status through 2007 an achievement only a few in upstate NY have attained.
Don has been with the dealership for ten years. He brings to the table, 20 years of Sales Management experience and has attained the Elite of Lexus for the past five years consecutively. Don has a no nonsense approach to Pre-owned sales and our customers love it. Straight, honest, and to the point is Don's motto. Customers consistently comment on just how easy it is to purchase a pre-owned car here at New Country Lexus.
Tony has accumulated 24 total years of Import automotive retail experience. He has headed a Business Management Dpartment, New and Pre-owned Sales Departments, Internet Departments, and held the position of General Sales Manager of a high volume Import Franchise for six years prior to joining New Country Lexus of Latham in 2001 as General Manager. The store has achieved the Elite of Lexus Award from 2001-2007 while under his management.

Peter has been a Sales Consultant with New Country Lexus of Latham for 15 years. For the past 12 years, Peter has been awarded Master Certified Sales status Lexus's highest achievement and honor for sales. During his automotive career with New Country Lexus, Peter has sold in excess of 1500 new Lexus vehicles. He has also been a member of the Elite of Lexus Sales Staff on 9 occasions.
Jamison joined New Country Lexus in August of 2006. He has a background in insurance as a claims handler and has served as a consultant representing auotmobile buyers. He has used this unique perspective to better serve his customers and presents the Lexus product with low pressure approach. He and his wife recently welcomed a baby girl into the world. Outside of work he enjoys sking, spending time with his family and playing the piano.

Roderick is a recent addition to the New Country Lexus Sales Team. He is originally from the Capital Districk area but his career in marketing communications and education have taken him to Virginia, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Munich, Germany. He has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration-Marketing from Northeastern University and has also take graduate class at R.P.I. He currently lives in Ghent. He is married with four children and in his spare time, he enjoys working around the house, golf, and reading, especially historically novels and biographies.

Elite of Lexus Service Manager for 6 years running! Twenty years of automotive service related experience. Ten years with New Country Lexus of Latham and manages a fantastic service department that has maintained steady growth, coupled with high customer satisfaction. John enjoys fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.
Jay has been Associated with New Country Lexus of Latham since 2004. In March of 2005 Jay was promoted to Parts Manager. In his free time, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He enjoys playing sports with his children. Jay is an avid New York Yankee Fan. Jay is looking forward to providing reliable and fair service, from the Parts Department, to all of his customers.
