The Tires Your Lexus Needs, The Prices You Want

Your tires are the only thing connecting you to the road, so skimping on quality rubber is the last thing you should do. Lucky for you, the tire center at our Lexus dealership in New York has a wide range of tires that meet Lexus OEM requirements at prices you’ll appreciate. Our knowledgeable Lexus service technicians know the ins and outs of tire technology and what your Lexus requires, making it easy for them to suggest the best tire for your driving style. You bought a Lexus, so you want the best; don’t settle for less than that when shopping for new tires.

There are a number of things to take into consideration when shopping for new tires:

• Vehicle type: SUVs and sedans have different tire requirements.
Tire size: From diameter to width, it’s important to get the right size rubber.
Load index: Whether towing or cruising, make sure your tires are up to the task.
Speed rating: Your Lexus is a capable machine; make sure the tires can keep up.
Tread wear: From mileage to grip, get the tires that meet your expectations.
Traction ratings: Summer tires and snow don’t mix. Get the right tires for the conditions.

Every Lexus vehicle is designed with certain requirements when it comes to tires, so let the experienced staff at our Connecticut Lexus tire center help you pick the right tires for your Lexus today. Next time you bring your Lexus in to our state-of-the-art Lexus service center, ask the service advisor to check your tires. If they notice anything unusual, they can suggest the right course of action, whether it’s a new alignment or a fresh set of rubber to keep you rolling down the road.

Obtaining Warranty Service

The tires that come as original equipment on your vehicle are warranted by their manufacturer, not Lexus. Please refer to the tire warranty statement included with the owner information in your vehicle. To obtain warranty service for a tire, take the tire to an authorized dealer of the tire manufacturer. (Refer to your local phone directory for dealer locations.) Your Lexus dealer may also be able to assist you in obtaining warranty service from the manufacturer. For additional warranty information or service assistance, contact the tire manufacturer directly.

- How important is a tire’s tread wear rating?

When choosing a new set of tires, the tread wear rating offers no guarantee of the mileage a customer will get. Weather, driving habits, road conditions, alignment and tire maintenance all affect tread life. The tread wear rating merely lets a customer compare the potential life of different tires. Also, these ratings may be interpreted differently by different tire manufacturers. Refer to the appropriate Warranty and Services Guide for specific tire manufacturer limited warranty.
